These terms govern the use of this website and attendance at Couture Fashion Night (CFN), produced by Zurich.Influencers, Zürich, Switzerland.
Website use
Content is provided for information. We may update programme, designers, timings and venue details. Content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Tickets and admission
Tickets are sold through our official ticketing partner and are subject to that partner’s terms. Tickets are personal, non-transferable unless stated, and generally non-refundable. Admission may be refused for conduct that endangers guests, staff or the venue. A dress code applies.
Applications
Designer, exhibitor, model, partner and press applications are reviewed by the CFN team. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or accreditation.
Programme changes
Line-up, running order and format may change. If the event is postponed or cancelled, ticket holders are informed and handled according to the ticketing partner’s policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CFN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for lost or damaged personal property at the venue.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Zürich, Switzerland.
